Scenic Jacksonville is hosting the former Mayor of Tampa, Bob Buckhorn, for its third annual Great Cities Symposium. Buckhorn is expected to speak in part about how Tampa reinvigorated downtown through major investments in its riverwalk and riverfront parks.
